The Classes are held at the Rosemount Centre for Complementary Therapies over 2 Sundays a week apart.

Starting at 10.30am with tea breaks, lunch and finishing around 4.30pm.
This allows you time to practise the techniques and digest all that you have learnt that day. Workshops are very relaxed and we cover Birth Basics as well as the Hypnobirthing massage techniques, Rebozo scarf, Birth Ball / Peanut Ball techniques, CUB, Labour positions and of course the Hypnobirthing scripts.

I encourage Birth Partners to be involved but the Hypnobirthing scripts and techniques can be utilised by Mums on their own (or with reluctant Partners) very easily. It’s all about being informed and teaching you how to relax.

To book your place, you will need to fill in an online form and transfer a £50 non-refundable fee which books your place and I will then send you the book which has a link to the relaxation downloads. They download easily onto any PC, Tablet and mobile phone except Apple. No problem on a PC but then you have to transfer to your phone or tablet …. however I have found an easy way around that by downloading via Whatsapp.

I feel that it is also more convenient as far as childcare and work is concerned for most couples and solo-parents who may also have other children to consider. Husbands and Birth Partners are invited to attend all or some sessions free of charge. The Fee is the same whether it is a Solo class or a group due to room rental costs.

If the full fee is too much to pay in one go then feel free to contact me to arrange a payment plan by bank transfer as it may be easier for you to pay in smaller amounts leading up to your workshop.

However, the non-refundable fee must be paid to book your place and receive your KG Hypnobirthing book and link to the MP3 Relaxation tracks and payment must be completed in full by the class date in order to attend.

Maximum numbers of Mums-to-be would be 3 with or without their Birth Partners to allow us plenty of space and the use of comfy chairs at the Centre.

If you are taking a class close to your delivery date and would prefer a private class to suit you then we can arrange this at a time and pace that suits you. Please contact me about arranging for this option. Private classes can be held over a full weekend or even during the week … just discuss this with me.
