• A link to the Relaxation tracks that we will use in class

 

When you attend the class you will receive –

• A folder of handouts to use at home and in labour

 

Practical work in class –

• We will work with the Rebozo Scarf
• Discuss and practise comfortable positions for Birth and during Labour
• Look at DVD’s concerning Birth preparation
• Watch the KG Hypnobirthing DVD
• Discuss Birth Basics and Inductions etc
• Birth Ball, Peanut Ball and CUB (Comfortable Upright Birth inflatable chair similar to Birthing Stool)
• Mums will relax while Dad’s/ Birth Partners read the Hypnobirthing scripts
• Both of you will relax while I do a few Hypnobirthing scripts
• Practise the different massage and pressure point techniques on the Mums-to-be
• Go through the Folder and discuss pages including practicalities of the Hospital Bag for Mum and Baby
• Discuss and practise the Breathing techniques
